We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Med Surg, Telemetry Registered Nurse for a contract position in Warrensville Heights, OH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have a valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand.
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
