Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Downey, CA. This contract position requires a dedicated professional with at least 3 years of experience in ICU/CCU nursing. You will be working night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, with every other weekend required. The start date for this role is December 14, 2026, and the contract duration is 15 weeks.

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. Your expertise in managing multi-system organ failure, interpreting dysrhythmias, and administering emergency medications will be essential. Additionally, you may be required to float to DOU, Tele, or Med Tele units as needed.

• Assisting with management of BiPAP and CPAP

• Infection Prevention and Isolation Precautions
• Phlebotomy
• Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac
• Assisting with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal
• Care of Ventilated Patients

Please note that RTO (Request Time Off) must be included in your submission. No RTO is allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment, and a maximum of 3 days RTO is permitted thereafter. Candidates must be willing to work holidays.
