This is a float pool position for a Travel RN specializing in ICU. Candidates must be willing to float to multiple different units and have acute care hospital experience. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to various assignments throughout the shift.

• Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 in IMC)
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: Basic ICU patients including sedated, intubated, and on pressors; high complexity patients such as CRRT will not be cared for.
• Personality Fit: Candidates must be focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and a drive to excel both as a member of the organization and as an individual.
