Join a leading healthcare facility in Richmond, VA, as a Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Rehabilitation. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in an inpatient rehab setting with a focus on neuro, ortho, TBI, SCI, and other modalities. You'll be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional patient care.
Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 36
- Patient Ratios: 1:4
- Documentation System: Meditech Magic/Expanse (transitioning July 10)
- Scheduling Requirements: Days M-F, with rotating weekends
Required Skills:
- Inpatient rehab experience (Care Tool trained)
- Advanced skills in neuro, ortho, TBI, SCI, estim, and other modalities
Certifications Required:
- OTR/L
- CPR BLS
Dress Code: Gray scrubs
Additional Information: This unit is stroke certified and holds a UDS quality certification. The team is well-supported, featuring several portable and in-room lifts for patient mobility, Bioness equipment, FES, pet therapy, and a supportive therapy team. You'll also enjoy a collaborative environment with an interactive medical team and frequent food celebrations!
