Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Travel RN specializing in Med/Surg at a leading acute-care hospital in Pulaski, TN. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

**Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. Local Rate: $46.80; Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel.** All travelers must have required certifications prior to start. The facility reserves the right to require certifications not listed. Please refer to the LPNT checklist for the most up-to-date requirements.

The facility provides inpatient and outpatient services to Giles County and the surrounding area at its 95-bed, Joint Commission-accredited acute care facility. All clinical staff on assignment in the State of Tennessee must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to the assignment start date. Results are required prior to start.

Position Information:

• Role: RN
• Unit: Medical/Surgical
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Rotate every other weekend unless there is a need for more frequent scheduling.
• Call Requirements: Yes, depending on census, staff may be placed on call or floated.
• Required Certifications: RN = BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Years of Experience: 1-2+
• Float Requirements: Yes, to medical detox, ICU, OB, or ER (task assignments for OB and ER); will take low-level Med/Surg overflow patients in ICU with a ratio of 1:3.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 19
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Equipment: Welch Allyn vital machines, masimno at bedside in every room, careview, telemetry, sara stedy, ARJO lift.
• EHR: Medhost
• Patient Population: Geriatric and adults, typically only have 3-4 pediatric patients per year.

• Required Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN.
