Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Postpartum Registered Nurse in Seattle, WA. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume, high-risk obstetric unit, providing care for a diverse patient population. We welcome first-time travelers with at least 2 years of experience in high acuity postpartum care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for postpartum patients following delivery.
• Manage a census surge, including handling a 4th couplet when necessary.
• Float between Issaquah Campus - Postpartum, Edmonds Campus - Postpartum, and Labor and Delivery for the 2nd hour of recovery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-risk obstetric care.
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP.
• Experience with magnesium, Pitocin, Foley, and postpartum hemorrhage management.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Substance withdrawal JADA experience is preferred.

Schedule: Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), with 6 weekend days required per contract.
