Join a leading acute-care hospital as a PCU Registered Nurse in Spokane, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down setting. We are looking for candidates with cardiac drip experience who can titrate and manage medications as a hardstop requirement.

As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will be expected to float between units if overstaffed, with potential assignments to Tele or Med-Surg floors. Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend, but block scheduling is not necessary. The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-5.

This facility is a Short Term Acute Care hospital and a Level II Trauma Center, equipped with 629 staffed beds and recognized as a teaching hospital. The hospital utilizes Epic for charting, and there is no parking fee for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Titrate and manage cardiac drips
• Float between units as needed
• Provide high-quality patient care in the PCU/Step Down setting

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in PCU or Step Down nursing
• Cardiac drip management experience
• Ability to work night shifts
• Weekend availability
