Join a leading acute-care hospital as a dedicated RN in the Rehabilitation unit, providing essential care for patients in an inpatient setting. This is a contract position with night shifts, where you will utilize your clinical expertise to assess and treat patients with acute illnesses across multiple body systems.

The Rehabilitation Services team is composed of skilled professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care. You will collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments of patients' physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Clinical Expertise: Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and adjust care plans that meet the evolving needs of patients and their families.
• Knowledge: Pursue continuous learning through certifications, advanced practice, and literature review to enhance your skills.
• Leadership/Credibility: Serve as a clinical resource and professional role model for peers.
• Communication: Foster effective communication through collegial relationships and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Productivity: Demonstrate strong time management skills and assist team members to improve overall performance.
• Perform other duties as directed by unit-specific objectives.

Please note that the facility has implemented a strict attendance policy, effective June 1, 2024. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated immediately, with exceptions reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
