A Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit whose primary focus is the critically ill Neuro patient who requires a high degree of specialized nursing and medical care. Patient diagnosis includes traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies. This is a brand new state-of-the-art 12 bed ICU.

Job Requirements:

• RN License NY License ONLY
• Two (2) years RN with ICU acute care experience
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills and ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care
• Telemetry Experience Required

Certifications:

• BLS American Heart Association ONLY
• ACLS American Heart Association ONLY
• NIHSS
