This position is for a Level 2 Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedic care within a leading acute-care hospital in Rochester, NY. The unit focuses on orthopedic trauma, spinal surgery, and other elective orthopedic surgical diagnoses. As part of a department recognized for research and innovation, this orthopedic unit offers many opportunities for education and professional growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the orthopedic unit.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Work collaboratively as a team player.
• Participate in on-call duties as per unit need, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Must have Orthopedic experience.
• 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Active RN license in NY only.
• Telemetry experience required.
• BLS certification from AHA only.
• ACLS certification from AHA only.
