We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, high-quality outpatient care during the summer months. This temporary opportunity supports our primary outpatient team as they enjoy well-deserved summer vacations and helps ensure continuity of excellent patient care. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, reasonable productivity expectations, and dedicated documentation time—making it an ideal short-term assignment for a motivated clinician who values efficiency and patient-centered care.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Caseload: Approximately 10 patients per day
• Treatment Model: 45-minute evaluations and treatment sessions
• 30 minutes of scheduled documentation time built into the day

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with best practice and organizational standards
• Complete documentation and billing on the day services are delivered
• Complete discharge documentation within 24 hours of discharge or notification of discharge
• Collaborate professionally with the outpatient rehabilitation team to ensure seamless patient care

Additional Notes

• This is a summer coverage position
• Vacation requests during the week of July 4th cannot be approved
