Join our team as an Acute Care Speech-Language Pathologist in Boston, MA! This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled clinician to make a difference in the lives of patients. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for providing high-quality care.

Position Details:

• Contract position for 26 weeks, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Required: 3+ years of pediatric feeding and swallowing experience.
• Independent completion of Pediatric assessments is necessary.
• Local candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be compensated at a local rate, which is $10 less than the posted bill rate.
• Preferred Experience: NICU, Pediatric Inpatient Floor, Pediatric Intensive Care, trach and vent, Outpatient Clinical Feeding Evaluations, EPIC.
• Required Certifications: MA State Licensure, ASHA Certification, Current CPR Certification.
• Preferred: FEES Competency.

Responsibilities:

• Flexibility with patient care needs is essential, including transitioning between inpatient care, outpatient care, and MBS.
• Attendance at all team meetings during working hours is required.
• Completion of SLP Department training upon start, with sign-off on Pediatric SLP Competencies.
• Adherence to SLP Department standards for patient care and documentation.
• Clinician will report to and be supervised by the Pediatric SLP Section Leader.
