Join a leading healthcare provider as a Physical Therapist in Rehabilitation at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Seattle, WA. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make a difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of skilled SNF and/or LTC experience required.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Must have own transportation.
• Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required.
• Pending license accepted.

Additional Information:

• Guaranteed hours: Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks).
• Weekend work is not required.
• Traveler is not expected to float between units.
• Local candidates (within 50-75 miles) are welcome to apply at the same rate.
• Free parking available on-site.
