We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the Emergency Department (ER) at a leading healthcare facility in Mattoon, IL. This is a contract position with a focus on providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a preference for RRT certification and hold an Illinois license. Experience in inpatient settings such as ED, ICU, PCU, Pre-OP, behavioral health, med/surg, level 2 nursery, and pediatrics is required, with some pediatric experience noted in the resume. Candidates must also possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NRP certification is preferred.

This role requires a commitment to working nights, with shifts of 3-12 hours, and every other weekend. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required to ensure high-quality patient care.
