Join a dedicated team of clinicians at a leading rehabilitation hospital in Springfield, MO, providing exceptional patient care with a focus on improving individual functional ability and quality of life. This position is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with inpatient rehabilitation or acute care experience. The facility is known for its specialized services and patient-centered approach.

The rehabilitation hospital features a brain-injury unit with monitored rooms, specialized beds, patient lifts, and dedicated therapy space. Additionally, there is a dedicated stroke care unit, gymnasiums with high-tech therapy devices, private family-friendly rooms, a special apartment for practicing daily living tasks, and an outdoor healing garden.

Position Information:

• Role: SLP
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: None
• Years of Experience: 2 years
• Patient Population: Geriatric, adult, peds (no younger than 13)
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Neuro, ortho, debility, cardiac, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork, communication skills, and a solid work ethic. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRF) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is required.
