This is a float pool position for a Travel RN in the ICU at a leading acute-care hospital in Portland, ME. The ideal candidate must be willing to float to multiple different units and possess acute care hospital experience. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to outstanding patient care.

Position Information:

• Weekend Hours: 75% weekends required

• Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience
• Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 in IMC)
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: Basic ICU patients including sedated, intubated & pressors (not high complexity patients such as CRRT)
• Personality Fit: Focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and a drive to excel as both a member of the organization and as an individual.

This position requires flexibility with assignments and the potential to take on multiple different assignments in the same shift if needed. The dress code includes non-specific scrub colors, and unacceptable attire includes open-toed shoes (no crocs), jeans, and clothing with large logos/prints.
