• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: Valid Ohio PT License
• Years of Experience: No new grads; outpatient experience preferred
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 for evaluations and reassessments
• Equipment: Standard Outpatient Therapy equipment; also connected to fitness center; Pool
• EHR: Meditech
• Patient Population: Ortho, neuro, chronic pain

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Licensed physical therapist
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Outpatient experience preferred
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Orthopedic - total joints, rotator cuff, joint pain; neuro - TBI, stroke; low back pain, cervical pain
