This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an RN in PCU with an active license. Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 11
• Number of Staff: 20
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 but can be 5:1 (only if they have a tech)
• Type of Equipment: Bedside vital signs machines in each room
• EMR: Meditech
• On Call Requirement: No call
• Floating Requirement: May float to Med Surg

Typical Hiring Profile:

• Must Have: Telemetry interpretation, PCU level of care or higher (No med surg nurses)
• Preferred: Critical cardiac drips, hematoma management post sheath removal

Typical Procedures Performed:

• Para or Thora
