• Special Skills/Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Documentation System: Meditech

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have: Meditech experience
• Preferred Skills: Additional certifications and experience in specialty procedures

Dress Code: Professional attire is required. Specific guidelines include:

• No artificial nails or gel nails
• Hair must be neat and clean; extreme styles or colors are not acceptable
• Tattoos should be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
