Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Lynchburg, VA. We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to provide top-notch patient care in a Med Surg setting. This is a contract position with a night shift schedule of 4x12 hours, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while enjoying a flexible work-life balance.

As a Medical Surgical RN, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitoring patient conditions and administering medications as prescribed.
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience required.
• Teaching hospital experience preferred.
• Required certifications: BLS.
• Preferred certifications: ACLS.
• Licensure: Candidates with pending certifications will be considered.

• Scrubs: Any color, professional appearance; child-friendly print tops allowed; scrub/lab coat permitted.
