Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Lynchburg, VA. We are seeking dedicated and experienced RNs to provide exceptional care in our Neuro ICU. This is a fantastic opportunity for both seasoned travelers and first-time travelers, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Neuro ICU.
• Work a Night shift schedule of 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15).
• Participate in biweekly orientation sessions held on Mondays.
• Float to other units as needed based on facility requirements.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including a nicotine-free campus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in neuro.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Licensure: Candidates with pending certifications will be considered.
• Submission process requires a complete PDF packet including a candidate profile, specialty-specific skills checklist, minimum 2 manager/charge references (within the past 2 years), RN license verification, and copies of all required certifications.

Note: Travelers are expected to float to other units first based on the needs of the facility, and there is a general expectation of working 2-3 weekends per month based on unit needs. Scrubs are not provided.
