Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ER Registered Nurse in Madison, WI. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced Emergency Department, providing critical care to both adult and pediatric populations.

As an ER Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in emergency situations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Your experience and skills will be essential in managing various emergency cases effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health management and emergency care.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last 3 years.
• Epic experience required.
• WI RN or Compact RN license required.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS - AHA ONLY - required.
• TNCC required.
• Traveler will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
