Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Emergency Department (ER) Registered Nurse in Nashua, NH. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing critical care to patients of all ages. With a focus on teamwork and excellence, you will play a vital role in the Emergency Services team.

Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of ER experience. EPIC experience required. The unit does not accept first-time travelers.

Certifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, and a graduate from an accredited school with NH Licensure. Completion of a Trauma Nurse Certification Course within one year is also required.

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend is required.

The Emergency Services Registered Nurse (ES RN) specializes in assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients in situations that require critical clinical decision-making skills. You will care for pediatric and adult patients presenting with a variety of illnesses, injuries, or trauma in a 31-room ER, utilizing PYXIS, EPIC, and SBAR.

As a member of the Patient Care Services team, you will successfully complete a competency-based orientation program to become proficient in serving the Emergency Services patient population. Scrubs have no color preference.

Note: Travelers will not be considered if they have ever been a former employee at any facility associated with Southern New Hampshire Health, regardless of the length of separation or duration of time worked at the health system.
