As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and enhance quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective rehabilitation services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
