This is a float pool position for a Travel RN specializing in ICU at a leading acute-care hospital in Portland, ME. The candidate must be willing to float to multiple different units and have acute care hospital experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on outstanding patient care.

• Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience
• Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 in ICU)
• Type of Patients on Unit: Basic ICU patients such as sedated, intubated & pressors; high complexity patients such as CRRT will not be cared for
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Personality Fit: Candidate must be focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and their drive to excel both as a member of our organization and as an individual. Flexibility with assignments is essential, as candidates may take multiple different assignments in the same shift if needed.

• Unacceptable Attire: Open-toed shoes (no crocs), jeans, clothing with large logos/print, and any attire with profanity.
