**Orientation Weekly**

As an RN in the Med Surg unit, you will be responsible for providing quality care to adult and geriatric patients. The facility features a 30-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:5, ensuring you can deliver focused attention to each patient. You will float to other departments as needed, but will not be required to float to ICU or OB.
