A leading healthcare facility in Glenwood Springs, CO, has an opportunity for an Outpatient Physical Therapist. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses. Your primary goal will be to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. Additionally, you will educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Schedule: Working 40 hours per week, 4 days at 10 hours each.

Housing Opportunity: The facility offers newly remodeled studio apartments available just 1/2 block from the hospital for $1,790/month (studio) and $1,980/month (small 1-bedroom). This includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry, and fully furnished accommodations. No pets or deposit are required, making it move-in ready for travelers during their assignment, based on availability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Flu Vaccination (mandatory) - no declinations accepted; required from October 1st through April 1st
