We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position focusing on both inpatient and home health settings in Cody, Wyoming. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential rehabilitation services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in both inpatient and home health settings.
- Utilize electronic medical records systems, including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro.
- Travel to patient homes using company-provided vehicles for home health visits.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Mileage reimbursement at a rate of $0.52 per mile, with an expectation to use the home health cars for visits.
