The facility is a private, not-for-profit organization that operates in Plentywood, Montana. It is comprised of nineteen licensed acute care beds, thirty-five long-term care beds, and a full-service Rural Health Clinic. The facility provides acute and long-term care for residents in Sheridan County and its surrounding areas, including parts of Canada and North Dakota.

The Hospital has an active Medical Staff comprised of two Medical Doctors, four Family Nurse Practitioners, two Physician's Assistants, one Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and several consulting medical doctors in the fields of radiology, orthopedics, podiatry, and surgery. Services that can be provided at the facility include clinic, laboratory services, radiology services like CT, ultrasound, mammography, diagnostic x-ray, and MRI, occupational therapy, physical therapy which includes a hydrotherapy pool, speech therapy, visiting nurse and home care, hospice care, durable medical equipment and home oxygen sales, nutrition counseling, social services, and emergency medical services.
