Join a leading acute-care hospital as an RN in the Med Surg specialty, working primarily on the Respiratory unit, where COVID patients are admitted. This position is located in Zanesville, OH, and is a contract role with a night shift schedule from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, requiring 36 hours per week with every other weekend required. Please note that October 19th is the ONLY start date available unless the RN is a returning traveler from within the last 9 months.

As an RN, you may also float occasionally between various Med-Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders. There is no call requirement for this position.

To qualify, you must have:

• Active BLS certification
• Current Ohio RN license
• A minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR (refresher classes or 1:1 assistance are not options)

It is essential that you can read Telemetry, as you will be tested for this skill on day one. Failure to pass the competency test or to demonstrate Epic proficiency will result in termination.
