The Medical/Surgical RN is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective and quality patient-family centered care consistent with Maine State Standards. This role requires excellent assessment, communication, computer, and documentation skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to function independently and act rapidly and efficiently in emergency situations. Additionally, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and supporting the mission, vision, and values of the organization is essential.
