Join a leading acute-care hospital in New Haven, CT, as an ICU Registered Nurse. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will float between two campuses, providing care in five ICU specialties. Key Responsibilities:
- Float between two campuses, providing care in five ICU specialties and step-down units.
- Work with a patient ratio of 1:3 in step-down units, including a pulmonary step-down unit.
- Participate in a collaborative healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
- Active RN license required prior to start date; pending licenses accepted.
- Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs.
- Availability for weekend shifts every other week.
