Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Dothan, AL. This contract position offers the opportunity to work night shifts in a dynamic healthcare environment. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are ready to make a difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med Surg and Telemetry setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, including drips such as cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone.
• Maintain patient ratios of up to 1:6-7.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Active Alabama or Compact License required at the time of submittal.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in a Med Surg or Telemetry setting.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Must be proficient in administering drips.
• Radius Rule: No locals - 90 Mile Radius. Please include address in submittal.
• No prior permanent employment in the last 10 years.

Shift Information: Night shifts, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with block scheduling available based on traveler preference.
