As an OR RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between units as needed based on patient care requirements.
• Be available for on-call duties, with a commitment of 100 hours of on-call per 4-week schedule.
• Participate in weekend on-call standby as required.
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1 during procedures.

Important Notes:

• Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
• Travelers may be required to float to other units based on skill sets.
• If floating to Seaside, an additional $5/hr incentive will be provided along with IRS Mileage reimbursement.
• Hotel accommodations will be offered for consecutive shifts if floating to Seaside.
