We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a passion for providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 12
• Number of Staff: 6-8
• Patient Ratios: 4:1

Staffing Details:

• Day Shift: 5-7 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11a-11p), 1 Unit Secretary (9a-5p M-F)
• Night Shift: 5-6 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11a-11p), 1 Unit Secretary (5p-1a M-F)

Skill Set Requirements:

• Must Have: BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, TNCC
• Preferred: Strong in Neuro and Cardiac; high energy, fast-paced

Typical Procedures Performed:

• STEMI, Stroke/TPA, RSI

Dress Code:

• Preferred scrub color: royal blue (not required)
• No competitor emblems

Awards/Recognition:

• 12 min door to needle TPA
• Fastest bed assigned to patient in bed time in Gulf Coast Division
