Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel Rehabilitation RN in Conroe, TX. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic inpatient rehab unit, providing care to patients recovering from various conditions. With a focus on collaboration and patient independence, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 24
• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Type of Equipment: Hill-Rom beds
• EMR: Expanse

Typical Responsibilities:

• Administer PT/OT/ST for a total of 3 hours a day
• Provide care for patients receiving dialysis, blood administration, IVP medications, and remote telemetry monitoring
• Ensure patient safety while promoting independence

Required Qualifications:

• One year of inpatient or rehab experience
• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACLS certification
• Experience in Medical/Telemetry or higher acuity settings

• Commitment to allowing patients to be as independent as possible while maintaining a safe environment

Floating Areas:

• Med/Surg or Med/Surg Tele
