Join a leading acute-care hospital in Overland Park, KS, as a Travel RN specializing in Telemetry. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on patient safety and quality care. As a member of our team, you will be supported by charge nurses and have access to advanced medical equipment.

Unit Specifics:

• 25-bed Med Tele unit with patient ratios of 4-5:1.
• Focus on renal, urology, oncology, pulmonology, cardiology, and general med-surg patients.
• Highly focused on safety, quality, and documentation compliance.
• Documentation system: Meditech- EBCD.

Scheduling Requirements:

• At least every 3rd weekend, 3 shifts per week.
• Floating policy: Can float to like units (Ortho/Neuro/CCU/CDU/SSU/Obs/Rehab).

Patient Experience Requirements:

• Conduct daily Nurse Leader Rounds on every patient.
• Focus on Nurse Explain and Nurse Courtesy and Respect.

Certifications Required:

• ACLS, BLS, Basic Dys.

Dress Code:

• Royal blue scrub tops, royal blue or black pants, grey, white, black or royal blue undershirt.

Awards/Recognition:

• Outstanding department/team awards and recognition for robotic surgeries.
• Only hospital in the region to have a new urology robot.
