Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) on a 13-week contract in Austin, TX. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 32
• Number of Staff: 150
• Patient Ratios: 1:2
• Type of Equipment: Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US
• EMR: Meditech

General Information:

This position requires a team player with a positive attitude and the following qualifications:

• Must Have: EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation, and 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Preferred: Internal monitor placement competency, previous HCA assignment/employment, and experience in a Level IV unit (high volume unit).

Typical Procedures: SVD, cerclages, C-Sections, TOLAC.

Dress Code: Scrub Color - navy blue; T-shirts are not acceptable; solid blue/black or grey sweatshirts only.
