Join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU at a leading healthcare facility in Roswell, NM. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing critical care to patients. We are seeking dedicated and experienced RNs to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the ICU setting.
• Float to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units as needed.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 in the ICU and 1:3-4 for stepdown patients.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of ICU experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
• Ability to float to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical departments.
• Willingness to work holidays, including at least one winter holiday.
• Max RTO: 1 week.

• Scrub Color: Royal Blue
• EMR: Cerner
• Unit Size: 16 beds
• Blocked scheduling may be requested; must include EOW.
• 48-hour weekly guarantees may be requested; must include in body of submittal.
