Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Rapid Response RN in the Emergency Department (ER) in Houston, TX. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients in need.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 28
• Number of Staff: 15
• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Type of Equipment: EMR - Meditech

General Information:

This role requires a commitment to work 48 hours per week with no requests for time off (RTO) or special scheduling. You will be part of a dedicated team, including Charge Nurses, RNs, Techs, and a Unit Secretary, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Required Certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS must be included in the submission packet.

Typical Hiring Profile:

• Must Have: Acute ER Experience
• Preferred: Trauma experience

Typical Procedures Performed: IV start, Blood draw, resuscitation, EKG, etc.

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue

Work Schedule: You will be expected to work 4 weekend shifts per month, with no on-call requirements.
