We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Manchester, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs with experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) to provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
