Join a leading healthcare facility as a Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse in Mayfield Heights, OH. This contract position offers a unique opportunity for experienced RNs looking to make a difference in patient care while enjoying the flexibility of travel nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Requirements:

Minimum of 12 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license.
AHA BLS and ACLS certification required.
