Registered Nurse - Med Surg, Telemetry | New Orleans, LA | Contract

Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Float Pool Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg and Telemetry in New Orleans, LA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential care to patients while floating between units. We're looking for dedicated RNs with at least 2 years of experience and Epic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units.
  • Float between different units as needed, adapting to various patient care needs.
  • Maintain a staffing ratio of 1:6 to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of nursing experience required.
  • Epic experience required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Preferred certifications: ACLS & CPI.
  • Strict 5 days maximum RTO (requested time off).
