Join a leading acute-care hospital as a PCU Registered Nurse in Baltimore, MD! We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to provide exceptional care in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to make a difference in patient care while working in a supportive environment.
As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Monitoring and interpreting dysrhythmias
- Managing dysrhythmias and providing telehealth services
- Floating to other units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
Requirements for this position include:
- 2 years of experience in PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to float within units as required
- Weekend shifts: 10 shifts per contract
Additional details:
- Scrubs not provided (Color: Navy Blue/White)
- Charting: Cerner
- Flu vaccine required for all employees
