Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Respiratory Therapist in Beckley, WV! This contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide essential care in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a dedicated team that serves a diverse patient population, treating over 50,000 patients annually in the emergency room alone.

**Orientation is biweekly, on Wednesdays. Candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel.** All travelers must have the required certifications prior to starting. The facility reserves the right to require certifications not listed. Please refer to the LPNT checklist for the most up-to-date requirements.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work independently in a critical access hospital setting, comfortable being the only RT on shift. Your strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential as you provide care across all ages, from pediatric to geriatric patients.

Position Information:

• Role: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Facility Department: Respiratory Therapy
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed
• Call Requirements: As Needed
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
• Years of Experience: 1+

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Ability to work independently, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, experience in ER and critical care settings
• Required Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RRT in WV
