We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient Rehabilitation to join our team in Randallstown, MD. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient clinic environment, providing care to adult and geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse patient population, including geriatric, neurologic, and orthopedic patients.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized plans of care.
• Document patient progress, including short-term goals and time management documentation.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, medication management, and safety practices.
• Utilize adaptive and assistive devices as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Requirements:

• Maryland state or compact PT license required upon submission.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient therapy.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in manual therapy is required; dry needling and hand therapy experience are preferred.
• Experience with crutches, gait belts, lower-extremity prosthetics, shoulder slings, and traction tables is required.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PowerChart/Cerner charting systems is preferred.
• Ability to float within skillset as needed to meet facility demands.
• Up to 2 pre-approved time-off requests are permitted per contract.
