Join a leading acute-care hospital as an RN specializing in Orthopedic and Med-Surg. This facility is a 154-bed hospital serving both Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma, known for its advanced care and exceptional orthopedic outcomes. With a Level 3 Trauma designation and a Joint Commission Accredited Chest Pain Center, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

As a Travel RN, you will be part of the Orthopedic In-Patient Unit, providing care to both adult and pediatric patients. The position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, with a typical patient ratio of 5:1. You will be expected to work 12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:00, with guaranteed weekly hours of 36, and weekend hours every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in the Orthopedic unit.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize Meditech for electronic health records.
• Participate in unit activities and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg experience.
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS.
• Ability to float as needed within the facility.
