Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (ER) at a leading healthcare facility in Granbury, TX. We are seeking dedicated and experienced RNs to provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a focus on delivering high-quality emergency care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Current RN Licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (AHA or ARC).
• Preferred travel experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in trauma, stroke, and chest pain management.

Additional Information:

• Patient Ratio: 4:1 in a 10 room, 19 bed/chair setting.
• Scrub Color: Royal Blue.
• EMR System: MEDHOST.
• Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.
