Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in Neurology at a leading healthcare facility in Redmond, OR. We are seeking a dedicated RRT with experience in acute, trauma, emergency department, and critical care settings. This contract position requires a commitment to providing exceptional respiratory therapy services across various units, including ED, ICU, and Med Surg.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering general respiratory therapy, working independently, and adapting to the operational needs of the facility. Your schedule will primarily consist of night shifts from Wednesday to Saturday, with the potential for changes based on the facility's requirements. Please note that the facility cannot accommodate personal scheduling requests due to its size.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services in critical access hospital settings.
• Work independently in high-pressure environments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute, trauma, ED, and critical care.
• Epic experience is required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT.
• Skills in adult critical care, emergency department, and pediatric care preferred (NICU & Peds Critical Care).
• No on-call requirement; however, voluntary on-call may be available.
• Must float within scope to meet facility needs across all 4 campus locations: Bend, Redmond, Prineville, and Madras.
• Local candidates are not accepted due to a 75-mile radius rule; proof of address required.
• Pending licenses will be accepted.
