Join our team as a Psychiatry Registered Nurse in a leading recovery non-acute residential setting in Henryville, IN. This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs with experience in detox and medication withdrawal management to make a difference in the lives of adults in a supportive environment.
Facility Overview:
- Facility Type: Recovery Non Acute Residential Setting
- Charting System: HCS
- Total Beds: 100 Adult Male & Female
- Patient Population: Voluntary
- Security: On-site security present
- Dress Code: Scrubs
- Parking: On-site
Units & Staffing:
- Current Staffing Ratio: 1:30
- Expected/Target Ratio: 1:20
- Floating Expectations: Staff may float between men's and women's units
- Population Served: Adults only
- Restraints Utilized: No restraints
- Incarcerated Individuals on Unit: No
Ancillary Support:
- Kitchen
- Maintenance
- Intake
- House supervisor always on-site
Visitor Policy:
- Visits must be scheduled with the therapist
Experience Requirements:
- Travel Experience: Not required but experience in detox & medication withdrawal is required (minimum 1 year)
- Psych Experience: Detox and medication withdrawal management required
- Required Certification: CPI can be completed on site
Open Shifts / Scheduling:
- Available Shifts: 6:15 PM - 6:15 AM rotating every other weekend
- Scheduling Notes: Must be available for the shifts offered; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed
Weekend & Holiday Requirements:
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Holidays: Required unless prearranged

- Disciplines Needed: RN
- Special Job Duty Requirements: Must have detox or withdrawal experience within the past year
